Question about Logitech Craft
Logitech Options is not running, I cannot log in. I have connected the keyboard via BT and can operate everything by default. But I can't change the features because the log-in is stuck. A circle appears and then the programme crashes. I have checked all the boxes under security and privacy so that the software has access. Mac Book pro 2016, OS Catalina 10.15.6.
In the meantime, I have another solution - but it's not ideal.
I created a new user and dragged my profile over. Everything worked fine.
I also noticed that the Bluetooth connection is not stable. After a break of over 2 hours, the mouse and keyboard lose the connection.
This is not the case with the USB stick. Both devices "woke up" again immediately.
I had to start the software as an administrator, so either customise uac or run it as an administrator.
I think the feel of this keyboard is excellent. I only had problems with the software and use the keyboard without this Ligitech software.
