Hama USB card reader

Lights up blue, but microSD XC V30 cannot be read. Windows only says to insert a drive.
I'm sorry, I gave it away.
My USB card reader works fine, but it is permanently installed and runs with a micro SD card inserted in an SD card adapter in the SD card slot.
If the micro SD is inserted in the micro SD slot, perhaps try using an adapter in the SD slot.
My USB card reader also works perfectly with micro SD cards.
- The micro SD must be correctly placed in the card reader (can only be inserted from one side)
- If the micro SD is inserted correctly, perhaps have a look in Windows Explorer (Win 7); a drive with the name "Removable disc (drive letter:)" should appear there
I have no idea. I don't have an answer to that. I have used the SanDisk Ultra USB card reader for camera and with Samsung Galaxy and it has worked fine.
