We are very surprised by the dealer's answer. The One Connect Connect Box is to be regarded as a component of the Samsung TV set, without which the TV set will not function. Therefore, you will of course find the One Connect Connect Box in the scope of delivery of your Samsung set of choice.

A wall mount, on the other hand, is not part of the Samsung TV and can be purchased separately.

An additional note: For the Samsung QE55Q7FN, you can only use the WMN-M12EA/XC. The WMN-M22EA/XC is for 75" Qled TVs.

I will gladly continue to be there for you after you have purchased your Samsung TV.

So very mysterious ... even the spec sheet is contradictory.
It would be a serious crime to mount a Vesa bracket, because the TV is specially designed to be mounted directly on the wall (without a gap) and you need the WMN.

All QLED TVs come with the One Connect Box and the One Invisible Cable. There are no more connections on the TV itself, they are all in the box, which is connected to the TV with a 5-metre cable.
