Keyboard layout: are the umlauts ä,ö,ü and the French è etc. no longer there? or where are they located?

Unfortunately, you have probably ordered the wrong model. Digitec is currently annoying with significantly cheaper notebooks with DE keyboards (German layout). These devices are currently over-represented in the store.
The CH/de layout is of course still available. Look out for CH in the description when ordering!

My keyboard does have the é è ü.
I think you ordered the wrong keyboard 😬
