Can it really do 4k 120fps internally?
No, 120fps at 1080p maximum. 30fps at 4k is the maximum

both are supported.
But for 4K, the following are available:
On recording setting: 30p 100M/25p 100M, the bit rate is Approx. 100 Mbps with 3840 × 2160 (30p/25p).
On recording setting: 30p 60M/25p 60M, the bit rate is Approx. 60 Mbps with 3840 × 2160 (30p/25p).
On Record Setting: 24p 100M*, the bit rate is Approx. 100 Mbps with 3840 × 2160 (24p).
On recording setting: 24p 60M* Approx. 60 Mbps is the bit rate Recording movies at 3840 × 2160 (24p).
120fps is only available when [File Format] is set to [XAVC S HD]:
With the recording setting set to 120p 100M/100p 100M, the bit rate is Approx. 100 Mbps with 1920 × 1080 (120p/100p). You can record movies at 120 bps or 100 bps.
If you use compatible editing equipment, you can create smoother slow motion recordings.
With the recording setting set to 120p 60M/100p 60M, the bit rate is approximately 60 Mbps at 1920 × 1080 (120p/100p). You can record movies at 120 bps or 100 bps.
