It's a shame that it's been more than double the price for 5 days. Before it was cheaper and now it's too expensive. Now I can't get it anymore, unfortunately. I hope the price goes down again soon.

Demand is higher, therefore prices are higher. This is also the case with AMD graphics cards. They have probably noticed that mining is in vogue again and have raised all the prices of mining stuff. Almost all AMD GPUs have risen by 30-40 CHF in the last few days.
