It seems that I have received a defective product. No reaction whatsoever when switching on, neither visually nor acoustically, no LED lights up while charging directly plugged in, nor after 2 hours of charging, and no detectability when searching for a Bluetooth connection on the smartphone and laptop. Surely there should at least be something flashing when it's running? I have a predecessor model (Voyager Focus 2) in the office and it flashes when charging/switching on and there is always an acoustic message when switching on and connecting.
