It says DE/FR Does this mean that I can only operate the console in DE and FR? or only these languages are available and no others? Does this also explain the lower price compared to other providers? Thanks for your answers :)

The DE, FR in the product title indicates the language on the packaging. However, the console itself offers other languages to choose from. According to my information, the following languages are available: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese.
