Office 365 is not preinstalled on the Surface Laptop 6 for Business, but it can be added as part of a bundle or purchased separately. The device comes preloaded with Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft 365 Apps, but a full Microsoft 365 subscription or license is not included by default.
