60fps are only possible in 720p... Unfortunately... 1080p is like the predecessor max. 30fps.

As a streamer, I have to say that the 60fps is more effective than the resolution. After all, the webcam part of the stream is usually rather small on the screen next to what is being streamed and at this size "normalo" can hardly see a difference between 700 and 1000. The frames, however, fit better because this way everything moves equally smoothly and not the game with 60 while you "jerk around" with 30.
