No unfortunately not externally yes, but the large digits as in the film have been computer animated to generate the countdown and stopwatch function, the second hands are at the bottom. And the backlight is light green not red. There are probably several backlight versions. Mine are almost invisible in full darkness.

The one in the film has a rubber strap. You can also find it for sale on the Internet. However, the software, i.e. the display, was specially developed for the film and is not available in stores.
