is this product with inbuild speaker? I cant get the sound to work.

No it does not have built-in speakers. Plus the resolution is for a 32 inch screen not that great, it would be better to have 3840 x 2160 Pixel resolution with this screen size. This model is a bit more expensive, is a 4K UHD Display with 144Hz and has built-in speakers:
