Is this printer in colour? Does it also work as a scanner? How much do cartridges usually cost and how long do they last?

Unfortunately, this printer has no colour. It has a scanner and a black cartridge for 500 sheets. The price of the cartridges ranges from 30 to about 40 francs and prints about 1,000 pages.
