Is this lens compatible with NIKON Z7, the corresponding adapter (NIKON FTZ) is available. But whether it really works with the transfer of the autofocus etc.? Thanks for your answers!

I have the corresponding Sigma lens, and on the Nikon Z6 with adapter the autofocus works very well.
