Is this a cash back promotion? When I put the camera in the shopping basket and go to the checkout, does it not automatically deduct the 100 discount?

Did you click on "Show more" under "Voucher"? I assume not, because then you would know the following:
"Enter the corresponding voucher code during the ordering process under "Payment". The discount will be automatically deducted from the current sales price."
