By no means NVLINK-3!!! -> this does not work at all with this card! I stupidly trusted Digitec and bought this as an accessory for a 2080TI sli system. 2080TI cards cannot be set up with these fans at 6cm distance -> impossible in terms of space. So you also need a MB with the right spacing, e.g. with a Z370-E the sli doesn't work at all.
Nice to get a 10% discount on the return because the item was opened.

The 3 in the product name gives the decisive clue. NVLINK-4 would then be the 4-slot bridge.
