I don't think so, at least I haven't found out yet, as I only have SMS and WhatsApp set. There were too many emails for me, so I switched them off.

yes there is.
in the app (garmin connect) at the bottom right on "more" -> settings -> notifications -> push notifications
or ... -> App notifications
You can switch them all off at once.
