Is there a way to adjust the microphone so that it doesn't pick up all the sounds so extremely? When I'm in Discord, I can hear every keyboard and mouse click. I have tried different settings in Discord but you can hear everything and extremely well. I have a Razer Huntsman keyboard.

I don't have this problem on Discord and TeamSpeak. Probably your sensitivity on your Windows desktop is too high when set to 100%. My recommendation: set it to 85% sensitivity, you can find the setting under Sound/Recording/Microphone/Level if that doesn't help, contact the manufacturers.
