The Micro SDXC memory card is compatible according to the information on the Microsoft homepage -> https://www.microsoft.com/de-ch... (at Connections).
You may be asked to format the memory card as soon as you insert it. Otherwise I don't see any problems.
I am currently using it in a Sony Cybershot RX100M4.

I cannot answer this question. However, the card runs perfectly in a Samsung Tab S6 and I see no reason why it should not run in the Microsoft Surface Pro 7.
