When I bought it, it came with a spiral and a straight cable. This way I can use the cables depending on the application. The straight cable for fixed use on the headphone amplifier in my recliner or while sitting. I use the spiral cable mobile on the DAP or iPhone with an external DAC. Neither cable has bothered me yet.
