Thank you for your question. Roomba i and s models allow you to create up to 10 maps, for example one per floor. If there is no station/HomeBase on a floor, the Roomba simply returns to the place where it was started at the end of the cleaning. Of course, in this case it is also possible to purchase another single HomeBase in addition to the HomeBase with suction station in order to place it on another floor.

Hi Laura, we have an S7+ for the 1st floor and an S9+ for the ground floor. Both have maps created of both floors and you can choose the particular map in the app. Originally we only had an iRobot. The important thing is that the "robot home" is always in the same place on the floor - this appears on its map so it can "home" itself. Our Braava is usually on the first floor cleaning the bathroom. I hope this helps.

sure, just avoid the S9+, I only had problems with it. The Brava is great, but for vacuuming, go with another product than Roomba
