Full HD should be absolutely no problem for this card.
I used it to play Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Hogwarts Legacy in 4K, i.e. at twice the resolution of Full HD.
I had all the graphics settings at maximum, except that I lowered the raytracing settings for Indiana Jones to a constant 60 fps or more.
