Yes it is the camera 4K or not 4K, on the other hand the professional one with its gold stripes looks a bit better. I decided on the professional version because 4K is the upcoming standard and HD is old hat.

It depends on what you want to do with the drone.
The main difference is the camera: the Professional version can film in 4K, the Advanced version 'only' with FullHD.
