Yes, this is possible without any problems, it is a standard function of Windows 10 or 11, you can display two windows side by side and run them in parallel. However, I would not recommend this monitor, because it only offers half a 4K image, so it would be much better to buy a real 4K monitor with 3840 x 2160 pixels, because you see twice as much image content in the height.
