Is it possible to operate the TV with a normal Samsung remote control? This Smart FB with voice control is really the very last piece of junk. Brainless developers/product managers must have been at work. Unfortunately, it's really hard to believe that you still have to spend money on such crap. The TV itself is OK.

I have not found a way to pair a conventional remote control with the Q7F.
However, I myself find the concept of the Smart Remote ingenious, I wouldn't want anything else. I have to admit, however, that direct zapping via the number keys is no longer possible, you can only go directly up/down or via the list of channels.

Hello Siqbal,
does the new BN59-01268D work properly with your Q7F?
Should it then also work with the current Q7FN? Or are there any known differences?
