Is it possible to operate a 49-inch monitor with 5120x1440 resolution with the docking station and a Surface Pro 9? I mean with the full resolution. Thank you 🙂

I don't know about Surface Pro 9, but that's how I use Surface Laptop Studio. It has a full 5120x1440.

I have not used it with anything so large, It worked find with a Benq PD2720U 3840x2160 and also a large DELL 34" monitor which I believe was a U3421WE
3440 x 1440. I do not believe the dock will do anything to enhance the resolution of the SurfacePro so if you can connect you SurfacePro to the monitor with a straight USB-C cable then I suspect it will work through the Dock. I mostly used the Dock to get the extra ports and the Ethernet connection was a plus since it was faster than the WiFi where I used it most often.
