Is it possible to install water cooler be quite pure loop 2 fx 280mm ( 53 mm width) with 356mm videocard length?? Im confused because im not sure if 369 mm video card max length means i can install 369mm of videocard + 54mm water cooler or im gonna be short 1.5 cm

Hi, this should fit!
The specification of the maximum graphics card length is independent of the cooler.
Take a closer look at the 4th photo. You can see that the cooler is inserted from the front. This means that the 369mm refers to the length from the back to the mounting of the cooler.
