Is it possible to install an rtx 3090 and also a sound card? Because of the space. Doesn't the 3090 block the second slot?

The 2nd slot will probably not work. However, you can use the 3rd slot for the sound card. Sound cards do not need a 16-slot, a 1x or 4x is usually sufficient. The lowest slot is not covered.
