No, because the case does not have 5.25" slots. Sure, you could tinker, but even then you would have to remove the side panel every time you insert a DVD, which is always tricky with safety glass. ;) (You could also cut open the front cover, but that would no longer look nice).
Today, most people prefer to use an external drive, which is connected to one of the USB ports if required.

You're sure to find space for the drive somewhere in the case. But nowhere where you can insert a CD without having to remove the cover. So think carefully :D
