Yes, the fans can be controlled both via the hub supplied and via the L-Connect software. The control includes the fan speed and the ARGB lighting. Up to 16 fans can be managed centrally via the hub, and the software makes it easy to adjust the speed, colours, brightness and lighting effects. Alternatively, the fan speed can also be controlled directly via the mainboard if the fans are connected to the corresponding PWM and ARGB connections.
