Is it possible to connect video projectors via HDMI with the SATECHI USB-C Slim Multiport V2; Laptop HP with Windows 10 and USB-C connection? Reason for question: I have tried it with two different beamers, unfortunately without success. What could be the reason for this?

I have no experience with beamers. The HDMI interface is defective on another satechi. Does it work with a monitor?

I was able to give talks in front of large audiences with the ipad Pro on HDMI projectors via the adapter, so at least the adapter should work accordingly. I don't know what the situation is with the control of your laptop. I suspect it is due to a port output selection on the HP laptop, which I also had to find first (with the ipad).
