Take a look at the Behringer U-Phono UFO202. Basically the same device, just with a turntable input.

Old record players in particular don't have one built in. But you might also find a device that is made for digitising records at a better price than if you buy both (preamplifier and audio interface) separately.

Unfortunately, I cannot answer this question because I only use the device for data transfer from the keyboard to the MusicStudio. Perhaps a specialist dealer for turntables can answer the question of what software and/or hardware is needed for your purposes. A note: I have seen that Digitec cannot deliver the device at the moment.
