Is it possible to connect 2 such monitors via the CPU graphics chip (Intel HD Graphics 510)? 1 monitor via HDMI - HDMI cable, 1 monitor via HDMI - DVI-D cable

Yes, this is possible if your computer / laptop has an HDMI & a DVI output.
You could also connect one monitor via HDMI and the other with the supplied VGA cable. This way you only need a DVI-VGA adapter.
