Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the equipment is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable must be provided if the power cable is plugged in or, if the power cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, please contact customer service and insist on a cable or adapter, free of charge.
