Question about Xplora X6Play eSIM
Is it normal that the battery sometimes doesn't even last a working day? It doesn't last from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for us. It's already empty before that.
It was the same for us on the first day.
After an extensive Google search, we switched off Wi-Fi and re-entered the APN manually (just took photos of what was already there beforehand) and it's a difference like night and day... Now the watch has not used 20% battery after about 11 hours.
No idea which of the two measures has now brought success or why....

Unfortunately, depending on the number of tracking requests and use by the kids, the battery lasts just under 12 hours.
It needs changing once a day
