I highly recommend you to upgrade your Graka or your PC in general. If you need help with this, feel free to contact me.
The problem with your setup is that your graka:
1. can't push that many pixels. So, you will hardly be able to play any game (except maybe CS:GO) on medium/low settings at this resolution.
2. maybe your graka will just make it, but unfortunately your FPS (Frames per Second) will suffer. And one of the reasons why you get such a monitor is because it can show 200Hz(200FPS).

However, it's up to you what you decide in the end.

I would say no, but everyone has a different attitude towards it... What other components do you have besides a gtx 660ti. ?

To add to the answers before me:

At this resolution, I would advise at least a GTX 1070. 1070ti or higher would be better, of course. Unfortunately, you won't get very far with a 660ti. I'm still using a Zotac GTX 760 myself and I'm starting to feel it too. I should actually replace the 760 with a 1070ti this year. But definitely not at the current prices.
