Is it compatible with an Intel Core i7-3820 CPU 3.60 GHZ with 16 GB Ram? Or can the processor be overloaded or not offer optimal quality? If not, which processor would you recommend?

The processor doesn't change anything for GPU compatibility unless it is not PCI-Express compatible.
However, this processor may not be powerful/efficient enough for a 2080S, and an upgrade to this generation requires new RAM, motherboard and processor (at least).
