Is it a new item (box not opened) or the one kept in the showroom for demo.? If I order online, will I get new unopened box.?

Showroom doesn't mean that the products you'd buy is used. Showroom means that the item is on display in some of our shops. Under the category "Showroom" are all shops listed in which you can see and test the product.
