Question about iRobot Roomba s9+
@iRobot_Switzerland At amazon.com you can get the s9+ from iRobot even without a promotion for 1100.- USD, which is about 1000.- CHF. So you sell the device here 40% more expensive!? Of course you don't deliver from the USA to Switzerland, otherwise you would ruin the good margin here. And whether you "of course also have the right" to protect your market here with prices that are obviously far too high could be questioned. Can you name the additional costs that this product causes you in Switzerland compared to the USA? That way, as a customer, I could understand why you charge this price here?

Please take a look at other European countries to see that we currently have one of the lowest price levels in all of Europe for the Roomba s9+ in Switzerland.
It is indeed the case that the price level in the USA is structured differently than in Europe. Of course, this does not only apply to us as the iRobot brand but to various categories. However, please note that there are also many economic and socio-demographic differences between the individual continents and countries and many global companies divide the continents/regions into their own business units. Various additional costs such as customs clearance, patents, transport costs, quantities, taxes, distribution structures, etc. are different compared to the USA.
