In the specifications it says video max resolution 1900x1200. I thought the Mark III was 4K capable, or are there different versions of the Mark III?

There is only one version of the E-M5 III. The manufacturer's website is relevant: https://www.olympus.ch/site...

The E-M5 Mark III is ideal for real film production thanks to its compatibility with 4K (3840 x 2160) and C4K (4096 x 2160) formats. With frame rates of 30P, 25P or 24P for 4K or 24P for C4K and a maximum bit rate of 237 Mbit/s, you can shoot in the Digital Cinema standard for 4K.

The fact that some of the product descriptions here in this shop are, sorry, dog-eared, is nothing new.

It has little to do with the Canon. Unfortunately, Galaxus makes it very difficult to ask a question about a second-hand offer - even though they're making a lot of money.
I'm referring to the Koenig Soupmaker you've posted: the packaging has been opened and the warranty has expired.
Your price is therefore clearly too high for me. I'm in no hurry, mine is still running. Need a 2nd device when I get the chance, but can wait for a better offer from Galaxus.
If they go down to 110.00 francs, I'm in.
I'll just look in again. Maybe it will work out. Best regards
