Question about Hoya Pro ND1000 Filter
In picture 1 it looks like the filter has a rotating mechanism. Can't it just be attached to the lens?

Filters always have a filter thread. This is indicated in x mm diameter. In this case 67mm.
No. It has a thread.
But it works quite well with it.
