If you wanted to charge the Sprocket with a powerbank (on the road). What amperage would / should the powerbank have?

Since the unit is normally connected to USB, I would go by the voltage supply specifications of the USB standard. USB2.0 would be 5V at 0.5A and USB3.0 would be 0.9A at 5V. So pretty much every power bank can do that in my opinion.
