If you want to use this fan "normally" in a PC, do you need an additional connection in addition to the 4-pin PWM connector or not? I mean because the fan is so strong... LG Julian

No, apart from the 4-pin connector, nothing else is needed. And as a rule, the fan will probably not run at 3'000rpm all the time. Because it is controlled and only turns as fast as it needs to.
