If Alexa doesn't fully work for Switzerland, what does this mean? I like to buy one but need to understand this remark from people who have issues in Switzerland where i live.

The Alexa application is not available on the Swiss ios app store. It is also not possible to link to an app if the subscription is linked to the Swiss store. (It's the same for Android).
