I'd like to give a shout-out to B&O. I bought the E8 2.0 not quite two years ago. Recently I wanted to put them in my ears and found that they had no more juice. Checked the charging case, checked the USB cable, checked the contacts. Everything was fine. So I called B&O support directly and didn't go through Digitec. Handed over package with then Digitec order form and the E8 2.0 to UPS and 1 week later received a pair of E8 3.0 back under warranty. The new in-ears even have a two-year warranty again. That's really great support!
