I would like to buy the Rode Wireless Go II. This sends two microphones to one receiver - so Mic 1 = left and Mic 2 = right. From the receiver I want to use this cable to the mixing console. So left to channel 1 and right to channel 2. That should be possible, right? On the mixing console, I then switch the channels to stereo and thus have two complete sound inputs.

I don't know the Wireless Go, but I use the cable analogue to connect a stereo source with 3.5mm jack to a mixer with XLR. The cable separates left and right to one XLR connector each, so it should work in your case, I think.
