I was able to connect the Marshall Acton II via the Marshall Bluetooth App with the iPhone and then also with the iPad. The control of the Acton even works via the Marshall app but unfortunately the audio signal still sounds on the iPhone and the iPad. All we hear in the forums is that pairing with iOS is difficult and unreliable. However, the product does not state that only Android devices, for example, work perfectly with the Marshall Acton. Can you help me with this? Otherwise, I will unfortunately have to return the device.
Ich hatte dasselbe Problem. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass es mit iOS-Geräten etwas aufwändiger ist, jedoch funktioniert jetzt mein ACTON II einwandfrei. Ich habe mich damals direkt an Marshall gewendet und habe folgende Anweisungen bekommen:
Please try the following:
(1) Reset the speaker:
1 - Push and hold the Source and the Play/Pause button and for 7 seconds.
2 - Note: This will delete all user settings and after the factory reset, the speakers needs to be set up again.
(2) Power the speaker on, set the source/input to Bluetooth and push in and hold the source button until the LED lights start to flash.
(3) Once the Bluetooth LED light is flashing, check in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices - do you see the speaker there? If so, connect.
(4) Do you hear audio now, does it work?
