I wanted to mount my 32" Dell G3223Q (weight: 6.03 kg), but the screen always tilts forward. The screw is tightened as much as possible. Am I doing something wrong or how do some people here manage to mount 34" or 32" monitors?

Helpful answer

I have now done it and the thing is holding. Solution: With a ratchet on one side and a spanner on the nut, I was able to tighten it even more.

It's effectively 8kg per monitor. But you need to adjust the spring force, unless I'm mistaken, there's an adjustment screw in the arm elbow.

The payload of 8kg means 2 x 4kg. Thus, a display must not be heavier than 4 kg.
