I wanted to connect my headphones (3.5mm jack) to the audio output of the monitor. The plug only goes 50% of the way into the audio output and doesn't seem to fit. Which plug is the audio output designed for? Thank you and best regards

Helpful answer
The audio output on this monitor is located at the back near the USB slots, right?

Hey, in my case it only goes in halfway. It pushes almost the whole cover in because you have to muck it in like that. Unfortunately, they saved money on this panel (otherwise the screen is great). But I don't know what to do either. Because it's a standard 3.5 jack plug

Yes, the audio output is located on the back, close to the USB ports.

The audio output is designed for a standard 3.5 mm jack plug. If your plug does not go in completely, it may be a non-standardised plug or there may be a foreign object in the connection. According to the official documentation, the connection is intended for headphones or external speakers with a 3.5 mm jack.
