Question about Logitech C922 Pro Stream

I want to use the C922 Cam from Logitech with my Dell U4919DW monitor. I have connected the PC to the monitor (upstream) via USB and the cam to the USB (downstream). Unfortunately, the camera is not recognised. With the 3rd PC that is connected to the monitor via USBC, it works fine. What am I doing wrong?

If you have difficulties, I would connect the cam directly to the PC USB.
It's quite possible that the USB hub built into the monitor is giving you trouble.
